Third time the charm for public works yard AAP?

There’s less than a week to go in the city of Nanaimo’s third attempt at an alternative approval process to be able to borrow up to $90 million for upgrades to the city’s public works yard. People opposed to the borrowing have until 4:30 PM on October 31st to submit a form in opposition.
