Neighbourhood group raises concerns around vacant properties

A local neighbourhood association is raising concerns around vacant properties Karen Kuwica and Nancy Mitchell of the Newcastle Community Association brought the issue to city council in a delegation that shared examples of vacant property bylaws from other communities.
